Thank you for your interest in Olympic Rockeries & Construction. Online estimates are free. Onsite Consultation pricing ranges from $100 – $500 depending on the services that are being requested. This will cover travel time, meeting with you to discuss your project, taking photographs, taking measurements & a rough grade survey, and a detailed proposal with an exact firm number. This fee is credited if you wish to move forward. Consultation fee is due at the time of scheduling Via credit card. After hours & weekends consultations can provided for an additional fee.

A “Free Estimate” is over the phone or via email if the client can provide all of the precise measurements that we need and pictures/video of the property and not a detailed proposal.

This estimate is an approximation and is not guaranteed. The estimate is based on information provided from the client regarding project requirements. Actual cost may change once all project elements are finalized or negotiated. Prior to any changes of cost, the client will be notified. Estimate valid for 30 days.
