Hello, we’re Shinda and Vinny. We wanted to build a family business together for years. So we put our heads together and started a plan to make it happen. Today our dream continues to grow. Not only is our family involved but we encourage other families to join our team. Today we have several members of the same families working together on our team!

I have been in the rockery industry for over 30 years. It was something that I became really passionate about at a young age. Once I got older I realized that the place I was working was not the best place for me to succeed. I then began to set out on my own. As most entrepreneurs, I did discover hardships and had things not workout to what I had hoped or planned. It was at that time that my wife, Vinny and I sat down and talked about what was really important to us. We talked about what we really wanted in this company and what we wanted it to look like. And what we came up with was family. We want a team that was like family to us and each other. So now we had a new goal and set out to achieve that goal together, as a family. Today we encourage families to come work with us together. We love to see how they encourage each other in the work field. And we love to see the team grow together as a family itself.
